The SEC may revoke or suspend the license of a foreign corporation in any of the following grounds:
Upon revocation of license with the SEC, a corresponding Certificate of Revocation shall be furnished the appropriate government agencies notify the corporation via a notice sent to its registered office in the Philippines.
